COVID has changed how DMVs processes paperwork. And it doesn’t appear it will go back to what once was known as ‘normal.’
For example, dealers can't go to the window in Arapahoe County, as it isn't servicing them. That's true for Adams County, as well.

Now that the state is once again fully open for business, what's the plan for DMVs getting back to 'normal' after COVID?
For example, last year at this time, it took 30 days or more to process a used vehicle title. The turnaround time today is more like the normal of two years ago: Three to five days.

Let's 'Hook' up!
Clear the Air Foundation has partnered with the Mile High Hook and Ladder Fire Muster, 9-11, Saturday, June 19 at Arapahoe Community College (5900 S Santa Fe, Littleton). The parade starts at 9 and the muster will run from 10-1.
The Foundation will provide two vehicles for the fire department to use in an accident simulation. They will use the jaws of life to demonstrate an extrication, which will simulate what happens when someone is stuck in a vehicle after an accident.
We are looking for those two vehicles. They don’t have to be in running condition. The closer to the Littleton campus the better, as we have a tow company volunteering to pick these cars up at no cost.
However, I WILL take whatever you have, no matter the location. If you are in a position to help, email me today.
Once they’re finished with the demonstrations, the donated vehicles will be recycled and turned into tools and tuition for aspiring young men and women in their pursuit of a career as an Automotive Technician.
