Colorado Department of Revenue; Auto Industry Division

The Auto Industry Division of the Colorado Department of Revenue and the Motor Vehicle Dealer Board oversees the licensing and regulation of auto dealerships and salespeople in Colorado.

CADA strongly encourages consumers who have a dispute with a dealership to bring the dispute to the attention of someone at a higher level at the dealership who may have the authority and ability to resolve the situation before a complaint is filed.
