Description: Open Road is a free, weekly e-newsletter that CADA sends to subscribers. Open Road features important dealer news, management alerts, upcoming seminar and event information, legislative status reports, regulatory updates, industry news and trends, local dealer milestones and more.

CADA Bulletin

Publication: CADA Bulletin

Format: Monthly, printed publication

Description: The Bulletin is a free, printed publication that is mailed to CADA members each month. The Bulletin includes articles on legislative issues, topics that affect dealers’ businesses, as well as CADA news, programs and events/educational seminars.

Once each quarter, the Bulletin includes the Colorado Auto Outlook, which offers an economic analysis of the state’s retail automotive market, with county-specific summaries and reports on new and used (seven-year-old and newer vehicles) vehicle registrations in Colorado.

Description: “The 108” is CADA’s blog featuring the Chair’s current column in the monthly printed Bulletin.

Publication: Colorado Economic Impact Study

Format: Biennial, printed report

Description: As the economic impact of franchised new car dealerships on the Colorado economy, the Colorado Economic Impact Report is a free, printed report that offers an in-depth analysis of Colorado’s new car and truck dealers impact on the state’s economy. It includes estimates of direct and indirect employment, personal income and tax collections generated by Colorado’s franchised automotive dealers. Also included is a review of dealership financial statistics and operations.

This biennial report is prepared by Auto Outlook, Inc., an independent automotive market analysis firm.

Colorado Auto Outlook

Publication:  Colorado Auto Outlook

Format:  Quarterly

Description:  Filled with valuable, objective information on the state's retail automotive market – including economic analysis and projections and county-specific summaries – the Colorado Auto Outlook is mailed to CADA members each month, inside the Bulletin. This important document also includes a statewide report on new and used vehicle registrations in Colorado (excluding fleet and wholesale transactions). Used vehicle data includes vehicles seven years old or newer, and excludes private party transactions.
